We offer various shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method. The available shipping methods and their respective rates will be presented at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for next-day delivery if ordered before 2 PM (local time).

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the United States. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate to avoid any delays in delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or public holidays. Accessories Topic is not responsible for delays caused by these factors. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we receive the information from the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct address, phone number, and email. Accessories Topic is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If a shipping address is provided that falls under any of these categories, we will contact you to request a valid address.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@accessoriestopic.click with photos of the damaged items. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is lost during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments if certain items are in different locations or if products are shipped directly from manufacturers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

10. Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within the United States.
